Hugo was very thorough from the moment I checked in until when I picked up my Lexus. He kept me informed throughout the day and also got me a loaner to use for the day; which was helpful since they had to ke when I picked up my Lexus. He kept me informed throughout the day and also got me a loaner to use for the day; which was helpful since they had to keep the car overnight. My only suggestion for change would be the automated service when you call Lexus to set up the service appointment. Even with following the prompts and giving my correct information and then asking to speak to someone, it did not work and I tried 3 times. It was a very frustrating experience. More
