HORRIBLE! Something we've never seen, or heard of. If I could give them a negative 5 stars, I would. We will also make sure this information makes it to whom ever will listen. Something that we didn't know about at the time of purchase, and weren't told. I noticed two holes underneath the front passenger door handle, that was clearly not supposed to be there and was fixed poorly, I might add. But still visible. The next thing was a little bit bigger. We took it in to our good friends at a body shop for a detail and wax job. They noticed right away, as we were standing there, that the entire door and passenger fender were completely repainted. NOT COOL! She was beyond upset and felt taken advantage of. We didn't take it in however, as I begged my wife to do. We just ended up trading it in, and moved on from it. We bought another KIA, of course, from somewhere else. SHAMEFUL! DISHONEST! DISGRACEFUL! More
So, recently I took a vehicle I purchased to get a warranty required oil change and when they informed me it would be an hour and a half to do the work I decided to go for a walk. I’ve had my eye on the K5 EX for a while and decided to walk the lot and look at different makes of the car. It was nice to not have anyone rush up and try to pressure me and after maybe 15 minutes Sam came up and in the most assured, welcome and chill manner a salesperson could have started asking me what I was looking for. Let me tell you, Sam is exactly who and what a car salesperson should be modeled after. She exudes calm confidence and actually listens. Let me write that again. She listens. Every scenario I mentioned to her regarding the purchase of a vehicle was met with actual understanding and questions pertaining to making the purchase occur. They need to make her the standard of a car salesperson or a salesperson in any field. Whoever hired her should get a bonus and split it with her! I would not have bought my awesome K5 EX if she wasn’t the person who sold it to me. If you’re going to look at or want to buy a Kia, go to Earnhardt Kia and ask for Sam. The other person to work with there is Dominic in finance. He made the finance process a fun and easy experience! He is a personable and fun guy and even two weeks later always available for any questions. Earnhardt Kia truly has some wonderful employees! I absolutely love my Kia K5! The only thing I want to mention, and I understand that while for me it’s a big deal and it may not be for others, is that I would prefer that the staff in both sales and service took wearing masks during this tike more seriously because they just don’t. I realize it’s an issue that sways both ways for people but it’s an important issue that while maybe some customers might not want to wear them, it would be appreciated that the staff does simply for that added security and concern for the health of everyone. (Side note, Sam and Dominic wore their mask the entire time) I want to thank Sam and Dominic and those who helped me with my purchase. Such a great car! More

The easiest car buying experience I've ever had! Moving from San Diego, CA I had difficulty purchasing a vehicle due to past issues with credit still haunting me.
