Took 2020 Kia Soul in for first oil change. Chris Morgan was service advisor. Said would take about hour and 15. After hour didn't see my vehicle anywhere, he was walking by in waiting room so I asked how was service advisor. Said would take about hour and 15. After hour didn't see my vehicle anywhere, he was walking by in waiting room so I asked how my vehicle was doing. Said almost finished. Waited another half hour, still no sight of vehicle so I went to his service desk and he literally snapped. I stood in disbelief! I then spoke to service manager Guy Hernandez who assured me he would have long conversation with Chris. Mr Hernandez was very professional and polite and was able to get my car for me! More

When I purchased a used Kia Soul in 2016, I started bringing it to Rodeo Kia for service. Dov has always handled my car and my concerns with the utmost professionalism and honesty. He lets me know what service and repairs are critical, those that would be good to do and by when so I can plan for it, and what can wait if I don't have the budget for it at that time! He always gives me a realistic service time frame which is met. I have since moved across town but becuase of the great service, still drive to Rodeo Kia and wait for the service to be completed. The waiting area is large with lots of seating options, it is always clean. A++ for the excellence! Thank you, Dov. More
I am very disappointed with the Kia service I bought my KIA optima 2019 it has approximately 20,000 miles since I bought it I have had problems, with noise in the machine, on Saturday my car overheated the KIA optima 2019 it has approximately 20,000 miles since I bought it I have had problems, with noise in the machine, on Saturday my car overheated the engine my husband called Kia they brought a tow truck they took my car, they couldn't give me a car or a rented car, I was without a car all weekend and today at 2 pm KIA calls us and according to them it was the belt that was damaged, my car has a full guarantee and gap, even so, they charged us $ 208 which is not fair because my car has a warranty. The only things it doesn't cover are the brakes and tires. I need talk to the Manager More
