Hector, I appreciate your concern, however my grievance was from over 4 years ago and the dealership was under different ownership. If you are working with the Costco Auto Buy program and/or the American Express Auto program when I am ready to purchase my 2011 Kia Sportage (in July 2011) I will consider your dealership.
