This is the email I sent to Jesus B. I'm guessing he was advised not to respond. Jesus, it was a pleasure working with you. It must really suck being forced to lie to your customers.  The white shirt guy really pissed us off. Ken Garff just lost a customer with excellent credit. When we stated our intensions, that is what we meant. His replies were a joke and only in it for the money he thought he could screw us out of. We know you were doing your best under the circumstances. You'll make an awesome salesman, just do it elsewhere. Thank you very much for trying. We know it wasn't you that caused the problems. The white shirt guy needs to be fired. He straight out lied to me over the cash deal and his attitude towards us SUCKED when we wouldn't buy into his lies. Thanks again, Larry and Kathy
