I flew from New Jersey to Utah to buy my car, and the dealership made it effortless. Savannah, my sales associate, is not only knowledgable but also friendly, patient, and attentive to every detail. She has been sweet both pre and post purchase. Her manager Garrett, has gone above and beyond. He pulled strings to make things possible when I got stuck at the airport. They arranged a Sunday pickup even though they were closed! The whole digital buying process was fast, seamless, and free of the usual back-and-forth that you loathe from a typical car buying experience. I drove away in my new Jaguary feeling valued and stress-free. If only all car buying experiences could be like this! Highly recommend buying from them if you're on the fence between another place because the customer service you will receive here in invaluable! More

dealership and service was mid. spent $70k + on a new car from them and they couldn’t help me with a tire cover for my car that retails for $250 for less than $1,200. They didn’t try to provide better customer service and it was like i was asking them for their arm and leg. i expect buying a luxury vehicle for that money to have better customer service and effort to help make my experience great vs a no effort, transaction like i’m at a 7/11 gas station. manager canyon wasn’t helpful and did nothing as a manager to help his underlings give me a great buying experience. just makes me want to buy from other dealerships of places like rev motoring that does more for their customers.
