Allointment oops I scheduled a spring service on my 2018 Hyundai Sante Fe last Wednesday for 10:00am. After 1 3/4 hours I checked back at service desk and discovered m I scheduled a spring service on my 2018 Hyundai Sante Fe last Wednesday for 10:00am. After 1 3/4 hours I checked back at service desk and discovered my car was never taken to service bay for work, apparently the technician scheduled to service my car was unable to work during that time and my car was never reassigned to another technician. I could not stay to wait for available technician. I reached out later to Victor, the service manager that evening and arranged to drop in at 1pm the next day for the service needs. At my arrival the following day, Victor met me , took my car for service and followed it through to completion in less than one hour’s time. Because of their error in failing to get my car assigned appropriately to an available tech the day before Victor provided this service appointment complimentary to show me their interest in retaining me as a new customer. I was happy with the service provided and Victor’s willingness to provide excellent customer service after their error on scheduling the previous day. I give them an excellent service rating to provide great customer service and retain me as a future client. More
I got ripped off at the service department I brought my car in to the service department for fuel system service and an oil change. The very next day there was a huge oil leak in my garage. I took the car back and spoke with Victor Vasquez, the service manager and he stated it was oil residue. Took the car in the back and claimed to have cleaned it up. The very next day there were new leaks. I took the car to arrowhead hyundai and they found that the oil gasket was cracked. Also, i had a 20% coupon applied to my bill of $349, which victor vasquez claimed was capped at $35. There were no disclaimers on the coupon stating that your capped off at $35. Those that service their cars at rodeo hyundai should be aware of the shady service manager, victor vasquez and go over the price before letting them service your vehicle. I will never take my car to Rodeo Hyundai for service again. Good luck to those who do. More

I forgot the young lady's name who took my keys, but she made the process of dropping my car off for a sealant application easy from start to finish. I’m always able to get in when needed and Victor is always professional and honest. He does what makes sense and is in the best interest of the customer. In my case, he realized the tire needed to be replaced under the warranty and he was quick to order and have it replaced.
