When I discovered my mother purchased a new (but used) minivan I was a bit nervous. Still, she loved it and was excited to have a car to accommodate our family of five, including a 10 month old, while we visited Utah for a memorial hike (sadly, my father passed away unexpectedly in October). While we agreed her van was wonderful, complete with DVD player and a host of bells and whistles any parent would be excited about, there were some needed repairs I felt my mother shouldn’t shoulder. Living over 2,000 miles away and not knowing the folks from whom she purchased the car, I suspected she’d been duped by a stereotypical used-car salesman. I became furious when I considered all that my mother had been through recently. I’m not easily angered but I was ready to battle whoever may have taken advantage of her situation. Enter Scott Railsback, used car manager from Riverton Chevrolet. He completely disarmed me with his friendly, yet apologetic, approach. He explained that, while there are always unknowns when buying a used car, they certainly wouldn’t have wanted to sell a customer a car that was unsafe. (What?!$&% What happened to the dodgy car salesman I’d imagined???) Scott then sent me across the street to the Riverton Hyundai Suzuki Mitsubishi service center to meet with David Kelly (Assistant Service Manager) about the problems, but not before putting our family of 5 (remember, we were visiting from DC with our 3 kids ages 5 and under) into a loaner car perfectly suited for 3 car seats. Dave Kelly was equally nice, professional and earnest in his dealings with us. He checked-in with us every few hours to keep us apprised of diagnostics and repairs. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the van and was confident they could have it ready for my mother the next morning. As it turned out the van needed a whole new TIPM (Totally Integrated Power Module), a rarity in this model but a costly problem nonetheless. Riverton Chevrolet covered all costs of the repairs, were honest and professional in every way. When we returned the loaner car, one of Scott’s employees helped move all of our car seats and thanked us for our business. I would recommend Riverton Hyundai whole heartedly when looking for your next vehicle! A class act for sure. More
Purchased my Hyundai new from this dealership. Took it in for service. Tyler took the vehicle and was nice. Dustin called for me to get it, and he was a nightmare to deal with. Demeaning, rude, and actually accused me of lying! I needed the handle replaced and Tyler told me that he would find out if I needed to find the part at home. When I picked it up Dustin said that was like me bringing in my car without a bumper, and that Tyler didn't write it down and would not have said that to me. After he tried to reach him he said he didn't like MY attitude and to sign the paperwork and leave. I was baffled as I have never given any attitude and I am nervous at dealerships. Took it to Murdock Hyundai and the difference is astounding!!! They treat me like a person, fixed a wire instead of my odometer unit that Riverton said needed replacement, AND fixed the handle FOR FREE!!!!! MURDOCK HYUNDAI HAS MY BUSINESS FOR LIFE!!!! Riverton is the WORST CUSTOMER EXPPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. More

I went and test drove a brand new Hyundai Elantra and then I fall totally in love with the car and I was trying to work on the price of the vehicle with the sales lady that was helping me out and then th then I fall totally in love with the car and I was trying to work on the price of the vehicle with the sales lady that was helping me out and then this guy name Bill came show me bunch of number and the invoice of how much the dealership pays for the vehicle, shipment, extras. I was like wait the Manufactor suggestive retail price said $21115 and maybe you guys over pay for the car cause bill was trying to sale the car for almost $4000 more thatn the manufactir susgestive price, and then on top of that he asked me if I ever have financed a brand new car in the past and I said no I have not, and he respond that in that case I don't know nothing about the price of the car and since I said that probably Riverton Hyundai over paid for the car, he said if rivertong Hyundai over paid or not for the vehicle it was not my business... I think that was very rude of him and then I left... seriously bad bad bad experience More

The low tire light went off and Preston quickly filled the tire. That lasted about 2 weeks. When I brought it back he suggested a quick inspection. They found a nail and quickly fixed the tire. I was so impressed with the salesman Darrell Yeates. He went above and beyond in giving my Wife and I a wonderful car shopping experience.
