Great checking great repairing While doing an oil change, the dealership also did a 27 point inspection. The mechanics found a seal leaking on the alternator. The dealership replaced the alternator free of charge since it had been damaged by the oil leak and replaced the seal under the 10 yr/100,000 drive train warranty! Stay away from this dealership Called to see what a price quote would be on a new Hyundai. The sales person Christopher's price was almost $2,000 higher than another dealer. When I Called to see what a price quote would be on a new Hyundai. The sales person Christopher's price was almost $2,000 higher than another dealer. When I told him that, he started berating the other dealer and why that wasn't true. I asked him to just give me his best price and not to down play the other dealer. He said he would get back to me. He called later and said the price on the car was what it was. Very easy not to deal with this kind of dealership. More

While I would have preferred a lower price for the vehicle, Ahmad Qureshi went out of his way to assist me and do all he could for me, even coming in on his day off to help me complete the choice and transaction. The whole Riverton Hyundai team, including particularly Ahmad and also the finance manager, Jolyn Robbins, gave over the top excellent, courteous and friendly service throughout the process, and I would highly recommend them to anyone! The single worst buying experience I have ever had I found the Veloster online and even though it was the highest priced one by far, I figured I would be able to negotiate to get it in line with the fe I found the Veloster online and even though it was the highest priced one by far, I figured I would be able to negotiate to get it in line with the few others out there. I met with a decent young man and he was pretty pleasant on the lot. I knew exactly what car I wanted, but he insisted on bringing me inside to do a needs assessment. Total waste of time, although the "Floor Manager" hank insisted it was their "process." Lol! All I wanted was to drive the car and perhaps purchase it. The car drove fine and I asked to talk price. The salesman was very scared and intimidated, and brought "Tim" out to talk to me. He said If I didn't give them my personal information we had "nothing more to talk about." I was stunned, as I didn't refuse anything at that point. I told Tim I'd be happy to give my name and number. He stated if I didn't give a credit application he would quote payments at 10%. I told him I had pre-arranged financing, and my rate was 2.49% for 60 months. He said it didn't matter, that they had a process. I asked Tim what pricing he was going to base the payments on, and he stated that "price doesn't matter!" This place fit every stereotypical expectation that exists! The salesman stated that the "good" manager would be in later, and to please come back. I felt bad for him, but there was no way I was going back after that. Its been three weeks and my Certified Veloster from another dealer has been wonderful, and so easy to buy. More
