He has a great personality and charming spirit and I trusted him completely, I was at total ease for the 3.5 hours I spent there. Kody Campbell the Sales Manager was equally as helpful and extremely patient and easy to work with. Meeting with Rob in their Fianance Department was like hooking up with an old friend to catch up. He was thurough in explaining all of the paperwork and numbers, I think just a good guy all around. Lastly, was Mike the Floor Manager, the kind of guy you want to sit down and have a beer with. I am not techy at all, but Mike hooked me up and by the time I left I knew the difference between blu-link, blu-tooth, all of it. Nice man. All just really went out of their way to make me comfortable were patient and I felt like they truly wanted me to have a positive car buying experience! They were successful, I love my car, I was thrilled when I left the Dealership. More
What can I say? Brian took better care of me than I could expect. His patience and willingness to go out of his way was more than I have ever experienced in car sales. I have only bought one other brand new car in my life and it was less than an ideal experience. Brian Harper renewed my faith in sales guys. So much so, that despite the fact that I demanded a specific car (which didn't meet my real needs) Brian went out of his way to fix the issues I created even after I took the car home. He didn't take the "I told you so" route that I expected. Instead he made sure that customer satisfaction was the highest priority and he went the extra mile to make me happy. Now I am driving a ridiculously fun Veloster and couldn't be happier. In fact, Brian called to see if I was enjoying the car as much as the night I took it home and I told him I love it more each day! I would not hesitate, (and don't) to send friends and family in to Riverton Hyundai to see Brian for a great deal. More

I was blown away by the knowledge of not only his own dealership but of those around him in the Auto Mall. We found the perfect car at the right price and I was impressed over and over again by what i would describe as spectacular customer service. In an industry that usually gets a bad rap with pushy sales people and commissions on cars people cannot afford I was pleasantly surprised at this complete 180 from what I have come to expect. I will go back for my vehicle needs and anyone reading this review would be smart to do the same. Thank you Brian. More

We dealt for years with Jiffy Lube and I was always dissatisfied with their service. I was left with dripping oil after an oil change, new windsheild wipers that flew off as I drove out to head home, a dissatisfied with their service. I was left with dripping oil after an oil change, new windsheild wipers that flew off as I drove out to head home, and it's just never been good. I am so happy with the Riverton service crew. They are always happy and treat me with respect. I have never had any drips on my driveway after a service, and even the waiting area is nicer. I will not ever return to Jiffy Lube and I love my Hyundai and my personal service center. More

If you like taking 3 days to buy a car and being ignored by salesman this is the dealership for you!!! We went to look at a used car, but met with the finance department first. They took 4 hours to get us q by salesman this is the dealership for you!!! We went to look at a used car, but met with the finance department first. They took 4 hours to get us qualified (their slogan home of 15 minute pricing is a joke) and nobody updated us on the status. When we were shown a car, they didn't even ask what we were looking for and put us in something that was not a fit for our family. When we said no to that car they tried to get us to take it home for the night to change our minds! Then when we said we needed to go to get my husband to school the finance girl would not quit talking and let us out the door. We felt they didn't respect our time, but we set an appointment to come back the next day since we had already qualified for a loan. When we came back they had two cars to show us, but one was not a fit and the other was in the shop so again we spent all day there waiting to even test drive the car. When we mentioned we were going to leave to eat, they said they would buy us lunch and never did. Then when we test drove the car which they had said was in our price range--we loved it. We started the pricing game and they came back with payments DOUBLE what we had asked for! We were ready to leave and they brought in one of the finance guys (don't know his name) but he was arrogant and rude and said he was going to scare us into buying a car! This staff has no respect and does not follow through on promises. I love my new car, but I will never use this dealership again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. More
