I went and test drove a brand new Hyundai Elantra and then I fall totally in love with the car and I was trying to work on the price of the vehicle with the sales lady that was helping me out and then th then I fall totally in love with the car and I was trying to work on the price of the vehicle with the sales lady that was helping me out and then this guy name Bill came show me bunch of number and the invoice of how much the dealership pays for the vehicle, shipment, extras. I was like wait the Manufactor suggestive retail price said $21115 and maybe you guys over pay for the car cause bill was trying to sale the car for almost $4000 more thatn the manufactir susgestive price, and then on top of that he asked me if I ever have financed a brand new car in the past and I said no I have not, and he respond that in that case I don't know nothing about the price of the car and since I said that probably Riverton Hyundai over paid for the car, he said if rivertong Hyundai over paid or not for the vehicle it was not my business... I think that was very rude of him and then I left... seriously bad bad bad experience More

The low tire light went off and Preston quickly filled the tire. That lasted about 2 weeks. When I brought it back he suggested a quick inspection. They found a nail and quickly fixed the tire. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and I connected with him from the very first so that despite the many dealerships & salesmen I finally came back to him & bought my car. I was so impressed with the salesman Darrell Yeates. He went above and beyond in giving my Wife and I a wonderful car shopping experience. I normally would rather chew my arm off than deal with saleman but went above and beyond in giving my Wife and I a wonderful car shopping experience. Came to this dealership in search for a new/used vehicle. The salesman was polite but I was not impressed with the way he acted. He treated my daughter and I like we didn't know what we wanted. So we test drove a Mitsubishi Outlander which was a bit scary. As we came off of the freeway it seemed to be smoking and had a real strong odor coming off of the engine, (not oil as I know what that smells like). I would've gotten a vehicle there but I am now skeptical of the way this dealership is ran. So I went to a different dealership and bought something else. More
Winter hit and my commuter vehicle with 170k miles just wasn’t working as well as she use to. After researching on line to find a vehicle that would fit my needs and deciding that a new Hyundai would be t wasn’t working as well as she use to. After researching on line to find a vehicle that would fit my needs and deciding that a new Hyundai would be the best fit for me and family, I went down to Riverton Hyundai to test drive some of the new vehicles. Per the recommendation of a family member I asked for sales person Brian Harper to assist me in my quest for a new ride. We looked at several new vehicles and after lots of questions, comparisons, test drives, and laughs Brian directed me towards a used vehicle. Not only was the car an upgrade model of what I was looking for, it was a current year (2012) model, had low miles, and had all the bells and whistles (minus the nitro tank). All for less $$ than the basic model I had originally intended on getting. After deciding this was the vehicle for me, Brian and I reviewed the car to find any issues that would need correcting before purchasing the vehicle. Brian pointed out items that others would try and cover up or overlook and even had the maint. department check the tires to see why the low tire pressure light was on. They ended up replacing a tire that had a nail in it. I was very impressed with the Brian, the maintenance department, and the loan officer. All were incredibly friendly and helpful. The event of buying a car was long (as they always are) but I have never had such an enjoyable time while purchasing a car. More
Wow where to start. The Finance lady there (Shari) is the rudest most complicated person I have ever worked with in my life. Not only can she not not be professional she is a horrible communicator and needs rudest most complicated person I have ever worked with in my life. Not only can she not not be professional she is a horrible communicator and needs better training on the job as well as working with the public in general How can a dealership for one pull bait and switch, tell a customer everything has gone through, and then say then unappropriately yell at the customer and try to belittle them! This is the worst experience ever not to mention they will call the cops and then have the customer placed in restraints because they want feel "threatened" by the customer who has slightly raised their voice because of the fact that the salesman inappropriately spoke of the customers in a way that is so distasteful and disrespectful. Shane which is the so-called manager there was so rude and continued to cut the customer off and berate him is the worst manager ever in the eyes of the public and it is sad to know that he cannot "deal with an upset customer" which is the way he described it and without a doubt they cannot be trusted with any financial issues.
