Laid Back but Informative I worked with Brandon Spencer. I called ahead of time to let them know what I was interested in looking at. When I got to the dealership, he had two I worked with Brandon Spencer. I called ahead of time to let them know what I was interested in looking at. When I got to the dealership, he had two vehicles, in my price range, with the colors I wanted, slightly different models parked side by side so I could make an easy comparison. He helped me play with 3 car seats to see if/how they would fit in the back seat. When it came time for financing, he (and another guy I didn't catch his name) helped explain a few different options to me. I walked away with a brand new car, a payment within my budget (actually a touch lower than expected), and the interactions with all of the employees were light-hearted and laid back. When it's time to decide what to do about a new car, I will definitely check with them again. More
