I wanted to have a good idea of what I could get for what I had to spend, as well as the payment options. Kellen was able to give me this information before hand, so when I got to the dealership it was just a matter of picking the car I wanted! It was SO FAST & EASY - and for once I didn't leave the car dealership angry, tired or feeling that I got a bad deal!
