We had shopped around a lot and knew exactly what we wanted and had a firm ceiling price that we were willing to pay. We had gotten several offers from other dealers and had no loyalties to any of them. We were going to buy from who ever was able to give us the lowest price out the door. We worked with Keith over the phone for a couple months before we actually made it into the dealership as we are from Idaho. We had test driven several cars at other dealerships and were able to narrow it down to the one we wanted before going to Ken Garff. So that saved some time going in. When we got in Keith was working with another customer so was not available to help us. We worked with Danny at the lot. Everything went well. Danny was able to match the best price we had previously found, and they had the vehicle in inventory that we wanted. The whole process took about two hours from arrive to depart. It could have been quicker if we weren't trying to get them down to a lower than asking price. But from the time that we agreed on a price and decided to buy, it was probably less than an hour. We have been happy with the vehicle so far and hope it keeps us satisfied for many years to come. The only thing I would have liked to have seen different is for the interest rate on the financing to be lower. They claim that in order for me to get that lower price, they had to finance for a longer time and at a higher rate. So I'm definitely going to have to refinance which I would have liked to avoid. But I should end up coming out on top in the end still I hope. More

He took quite a bit of his time explaining the difference between the trim levels and the differences between the model years. He also took time to tell me about Hyundai's evolution and the quality that is now part of their culture. Even though the discussion didn't lead to a sale, I was totally pleased with the service and respect I received. I will definitely use Ken Garff Hyundai if I ever need help with a Hyundai in the future. I will also keep Tyson's card and refer friends to him if they need help with a Hyundai. Thanks Tyson! More
