From my first phone and email contact with Rocky Nelson at Ken Garff, it was a very straight forward efficient process, Everything initially conveyed regarding pricing and terms was adhered to, with no moving targets or efforts to "switch up" the program. The onsite purchase was smooth, with the only tiny hiccup being the original online application not accessible from the printer, so just a few minutes required to fill out a duplicate. The overall impression conveyed by the entire dealership, from the quality and cleanliness of the inventory lot, the showroom, and service & parts department was absolutely first rate. More importantly, every single person I met and interacted with put forth a very positive helpful impression. My 2016 Elantra purchase was exactly as I had hoped, but included notable bonuses that came at zero cost, notable being the most perfectly installed clear bra I've ever seen (invaluable in protecting the front end against stone chip damage). However, the biggest testament to how these people do business: After they approved my financing IN THE FINAL SIGNED CONTRACT for 4.8% interest (due to my lingering credit dings) and a set monthly payment amount, they actually came back to me AFTER I TOOK DELIVERY OF THE VEHICLE to tell me they were able to get the interest rate down to 3.8% along with a reduced monthly payment!! This place knows how to build a lasting business relationship. More
