We tested the eco mode, regular mode , and were very impressed with the way the car hugged the road in the sport mode. We also liked the manual shift mode for coming down the canyon. Frank showed us how to program the navigation system, then let me do it so he knew we understood. After I purchased the car he had the car detailed, filled the tank, then went over all of the features again in the quick guide manual. The thing I was most impressed with he respected our decision to finance with our credit union and wasn't over pushy with high priced financing for six months and then refinancing after. Other places really pushed that to a point it was uncomfortable. Frank even washed my Toyota for me himself. More
