Expensive and Time-Consuming It look over 3 1/2 hours for our 30k service to be completed (even with an appointment). I was never called back once the service advisor had keys to our vehicle, so I did not know when the car was actually ready for pickup. I ended up just going down there after 3 1/2 hours. The price for the 30k service is ridiculous (even for dealership prices). More

Apply Loan Without Authorization I got to talk with one of the agents to purchase a car back in December. However, I decided later that I would not purchase a car from them. A month or so later, I received a letter declining my loan from them. Once I called them to find out what was going on, all I received was "we have no data showing that we did", BUT I for some reasons got a PHYSICAL letter showing that I had requested them to pull my credit up for a loan. Just so everyone who reads this review know that this incident can happen to anyone. More
