Most of the experience ranged from neutral to uncomfortable, but Ken Garff Hyundai was a welcome relief from the typical car buying experience. Not impressed Getting a hold of people and getting things done was a challenge. I had to call and call and call. I had to call and get the someone else most times t Getting a hold of people and getting things done was a challenge. I had to call and call and call. I had to call and get the someone else most times to go over and make sure the people i was working with did what they said they would and in a decent time frame. I was asked to call people back to make sure they got things done............. That isnt how this works in my opinion. Really not impressed by these people and was referred to them by some friends. I got the same type of experience i have at any other dealership i have been to. More
