Love the car Mistakes were made during the car buying process, resulting in us returning the next day to have the paperwork corrected and ultimately exchange the c Mistakes were made during the car buying process, resulting in us returning the next day to have the paperwork corrected and ultimately exchange the car for the one with the package we thought we had bought. We had to advocate for ourselves to get what was fair. We weren't asking for anything extra. Jordan Sorensen listened to our concerns and worked hard to make things right even though he hadn't been part of the initial sale. Although Frank didn't work with us directly, he helped locate the correct car. We hope this was an isolated incident and not a reflection of the overall culture of the dealership. More

He was never pushy, but was always available to answer my questions. He presented me with all my options, but never pushed me towards anything. I was very comfortable working with him and Ben. Considerate First They were very good to us. Our car had just broken down and was in the shop, so we didn't have a way to get to the dealership. When I called to ask ab They were very good to us. Our car had just broken down and was in the shop, so we didn't have a way to get to the dealership. When I called to ask about inventory, Brandon physically went out to the lot to check on the car we asked about so we didn't have any false expectations, and when we said we'd walk down to check out the cars, he drove his own personal car to pick us up since it was 100+ degrees outside. On top of that, we told him a price range and he listened to us, never pushing us to go just a bit more. We got a car within our budget that we really like, but we also got incredible service. More
