I bought their packaged deal of three oil changes/tire roations/multi-point inspections. I sit there and wait forever, for them to change the oil and rotate the tires. I was told they performed the service I picked up my keys and went out to my car. The tires were not Rotated, I had a mark (good sized scratch from sliding into a curb one winter) on my rims and it was at the exact same location as it was before I went in for my service. I was ticked but I had no proof...so the next time my car was up for a service I took a picture of the tire and its location on my car, they performed their "service" of rotating my tire and changing the oil, I picked up the keys and went to the car...sure enought they didn't rotate the tires again. I was livid, I went back into the dealership and let them have it. THEY ARE COMPLETELY DISHONEST LIARS...I would never reccommend them, they are theives and crooks!!!!! More

No where to park, Our salesman carried around a paper with the price of each car. He had to look up the price based on the VIN(hard to see). Normally getting it wrong. After spending 2 hours we found a car that was priced where we wanted it. We left to think about it more and later that day we came in to start the paper work. We finally finished with the paperwork 4 hours later. We love our car but good luck on trying to get a hold of anyone when calling in to Ken Garff. For the last week I've called into the Ken Garff leaving messages every time. I even plead to talk to a manager, they say he is busy and I should leave a message. If i needed to buy a car today I would not go back to Ken Garff Honda in Orem. I would go and find a Honda somewhere else. More
Double Check Everything.. I have been going here to service our FIT, even though I work accross the street from Stockton Honda in Sandy. Came in because I received a coupon stating I was due service. As per the usual, they say they will rotate my tires (I specifically asked for them to be rotated), change the oil, and perform an inspection. I had an item marked as RED on the MPI report last time, so I figured they would remind me and I would have it replaced. My vehicle got serviced and everything was marked as GREEN. When I got home I compared it with the last MPI report and found the microfilter was the item that was marked as FAILED during the last visit, but is now somehow GREEN. I then went back to my car and checked the engine air filter, which was GREEN the last three services, and found it not only to be black, but was completely plugged with debris. I then checked my tires and found that they had not been rotated, although the technician notes said they had been. The service staff has always been very curtious, but the technicians have now lost my trust. I won't be back and now have to go to Stockton Honda to service my vehicles. I have purchased a new vehicle from Garff Honda Orem in the last few years and when we went back to ask questions about a new vehicle, the sales staff seemed like they could care less about answering questions, so again, I had to purchase our new vehicle at Stockton Honda. Maybe Stockton Honda is the new go-to place for a lot of people. I have yet to try out their service department, but I will be trying it soon on our other Honda. More
Shocked by lies. I am shocked at the number of lies this dealership told us. Most of them would have never been caught if we hadn't investigated. FIrst of all, we were in agreement on a certain price and term of loan with our salesman. After signing the papers and going home, something just didn't feel right. We read the fine print and realized they signed us up for a 7-year loan, not a 5-year loan which was verbally discussed. Further more, the sales price was $3,000 more than we agreed on, snuck in there with a few tricks we wouldn't have realized had we not done some extra math. (No it wasn't dealer fees, taxes and registration). We went back in and showed them the mistake in price, luckily they changed it back down to what was first agreed on. However had we not researched ourselves we would have been ripped off! To make a long story short, three months later we found out our car had been in a wreck . A front end collision. The dealer had told us it was wreck free so to hear this was quite frustrating. We tried contacting our salesman who told us he was on 'personal leave' and couldn't help us. However we called the manager and he said Scott was not on personal leave and had always been there at work. We also were given a trade in value because we wanted to give the car back. When we tried to go through with the trade in, the manager said they couldn't hold to that number because it was more than the car was worth (although already $6,000 below what we paid). VERY FRUSTRATING and we got quite the run around!! None of these issues have been resolved, terrible service, DISHONEST people and salesmen. More

horrible customer service I wish I would have taken them down do they know who treated me like crap. I went to their service department and every single one of the guys was rude, short answered me and wouldn't even look at me in the eyes when talking to me. like I was putting them out for having to work. I'm sorry you hate your job, why don't you go do something else then? this dealer has a really bad reputation I am not the only person shoo thinks this way. More

I paid 91 dollars for them to diagnose just the tranny and odemeter/ electrical shorts. They checked everything on the car anyway. It took them two days just to look at the car despitine setting an appointment. It seems they only looked at the car for 5 mintutes: They said they couldn't find a problem with the odometer or power short. Really? The second I drove it after the diagnosis, the odemeter was still at 0 and wasn't working. Also, the power was shorting as I was a few blocks away from the service center. I didn't even speak with the mechanic that worked on my car. Apparently the transmission need to be completely replaced even though my car is driving fine with a little slip on second gear. They couldn't tell why the transmission needed to be replaced. I just expect 91 dollars to at least give me some kind of resolve, not just leave me with "we looked at your car for 10 minutes" and have nothing to show for it. The problems should have been obvious enough to at least identify there was a problem. I don't recommend this particular shop if you have a Honda because they are no better than any other mechanic shop for diagnosing transmission or electrical problems. More

Ray greeted us right away and was very friendly and not pushy or in a hurry. He showed us everything we wanted to see. We've never had such a great experience buying a car. He wasn't the only one. Every person we worked with there was friendly, quick and seemed very honest. I highly recommend ken garff and Ray Paravan for any car buying needs. More
Our car died the day before we came in and we desperately needed a car ASAP. We told them our situation, told them we had no down payment, and how much we could spend per month. Our sales rep worked really hard to find us a nice used car in our budget. I thought with how much we could spend we'd end up with a crappy car, but we ended up walking out with a way nice volvo with only 50,000 miles on it, which is great mileage for a used car. The car is in amazing shape, everything works great, and has features on it that are way nice. I absolutely love the car. So glad I came here! I got a much better car than other places could offer us. More
