This dealership was so great to work with! I had no problems with them and they had the best atmosphere at there. Everyone I talked to was willing to answer any question I had to the best of their abil problems with them and they had the best atmosphere at there. Everyone I talked to was willing to answer any question I had to the best of their ability. John is such a great salesman. I don't even see him as a salesperson anymore. I truly see him as a friend. I saw the car I was interested in online and I had called the dealership and I got directed to John. I didn't have a way down to see the car, John was willing to bring the car over to me so I could have a look at it and drive it around. Due to my work schedule and his meetings, it didn't work out. I called him a couple of days later to tell him that I was going to the dealership to see the car. I got there and we instantly hit off as we were long lost friends. He showed me the car and we took it for a spin. Drive wasn't awkward or anything, we had interesting conversations. All was well when we got back and I was sold. He talked me through the process and the next day I had the keys. Easy as that! Great dealership, great people to work with. More
My Honda CRV's transmission needed to be replaced after 176,000 miles. I felt it wouldn't be cost effective to pay $3,600 to fix it. However, my wife wasn't and he went through the same process with her. Mike knew what he was talking about and was very upbeat about the dealership and what they could do for us. After we decided to go for it, he introduced us to Brandon who was also very sharp and helped to explain every little detail of the payment process. Overall and Excellent experience for my wife and I. I would certainly recommend my friends. I really like that both Mike and Brandon discussed all the options, but wasn't pushy! Thanks! More
I brought my 2004 Pilot in to have the headlight replaired. BIG O had replaced it but it kept going out and I had gone back to Big O 3 times. I didn't have an appointment at the Honda dealership, and it was nearly time to close, but Ben looked at the new bulb and the wiring he noticed the bulb was in backwards. He corrected that problem and that worked for a few hours, but I had to go back a few days later because the headlight didn't work again. Ben tried to order a new plug but none were available without ordering a very expensive complete unit. So he took some pliers and tightened and squeezed the old casing so the bulb wasn't loose. It works fine now. Two trips, but no charge. Not only was Ben very nice, but he remembered my name and repair issue each time I called. More
I bought 3 cars yesterday. I came to this dealership because I was short on time and I found a salesman I felt I could trust. He told me that he would give me the best deal possible. He even came back late last night when we picked up our cars and went over all the features, including the navigaion and handsfree. we needed some accessories that were not in stock and the parts and service had them for us and installed within 24 hours. this dealership has kind and thoughtful employees. very friendly! I bought my Accord new in 2004 and have always had good service the have been most helpful with even little concerns so when my daughter was having some problems getting help with a radio code to be reset service the have been most helpful with even little concerns so when my daughter was having some problems getting help with a radio code to be reset on her Accord at a dealership in Salt Lake I told her to just bring it down to Orem and I thought they would be more helpful. Curtis Allen met us as we pulled up and offered to get it taken care of right away and then also her if there were other concerns, there were a couple of things so he took me into the parts dept. and we got two parts. The knob Curtis put on right away and the inside door lock was sent home with her for her husband to install after he told her how to do it. He took hiss time to help this young mother of 3 to fix little irritating problems. I really was grateful for his kindness and understanding. Trudy More

I worked with Chris Alder on the purchase of my Pre-Owned FJ Toyota. Not only do I love the car. The sales experience was amazing. I needed some body work done. The insurance company had given me a check and rental car option. When I took my van to Ken Garff, Curtis took care of everything from getting a timely estimate to calling th given me a check and rental car option. When I took my van to Ken Garff, Curtis took care of everything from getting a timely estimate to calling the rental company and confirming my arrangements. I was picked up at the dealership by the rental company and when the work was done I just left the rental there. The cost for repairs was less than two other estimates I had previously gotten. I never had to wait longer than a few minutes to be helped each time I called or came into the dealership. They even washed my car when the work was done. With my busy schedule, I really appreciate every minute they saved my during the whole process. More
Curtis greeted me, immediately, and double-checked my service needs. I needed a new battery, to have the tires rotated and two new keys made. They were fast, friendly and fair.
