I worked with Todd to purchase a 2012 CRV. We had come to an agreement on price. When I asked what the out the door price would be he had someone from finance speak to me and the price had increased tremend an agreement on price. When I asked what the out the door price would be he had someone from finance speak to me and the price had increased tremendously. When I asked why it went up so much he said that Utah requires you to purchase a VTR . When we looked it up on line we found this to be totally false. In other words. If you think you are getting a deal be aware that finance will lie to you to make up for what they think they lost in the deal. I ended up going to Larry Miller Honda in Murray and was treated very professional and honestly and the deal was even better than at Ken Graff of Orem. ::: More

I bought my 2007 Honda Odyssey from Ken Garff Down Town Salt Lake City. Part of the deal was that they install a tv/dvd player. They did. After about 1 month I started having major problems with some of Salt Lake City. Part of the deal was that they install a tv/dvd player. They did. After about 1 month I started having major problems with some of the electrical features to the minivan. The key remote wouldn't work, the alarm went off whenever I tried to start the car (horribly annoying), the tv/dvd was also having issues as well. I took the car to Ken Garff in Orem about 2 months after buying the car, when the problems started. Ben Howe was my service person. I recognized him from when he worked at Toyota a few years prior and I remembered how friendly he was. Because I was bringing the minivan to them 2 months after I had bought the car and the fact that it was used I thought that there was a good chance of Ken Garff telling me that it wasn't covered and it was my problem. Ben told me that they would look it at. It took about 2 - 3 times of me taking the car there before they figured out what the problem was and how to fix it. The problem ended up being that something went wrong in the wiring when the tv/dvd was hooked up by a subcontractor. I knew that Ken Garff was spending a lot of labor and money in parts trying to fix the problem. I figured that during the process I was going to be told that I would have to cover some of the expenses. The problem finally got fixed and they didn't charge me any money for doing it. Even though it took about 4-5 visits to find the problem and fix it correctly Ben was patient and kind during the whole process. I really felt that he was trying to protect me, the customer. I also appreciate that Ken Garff would drop me off at work and pick me up every time the car was in the shop. I enjoyed the good conversations with the kind driver Ken. There was also a time that Ben personally dropped my car off at work to make sure that I got it by the end of my shift. Ken Garff - I am also in the retail business and I know what great customer service is. Ben Howe is a great example of customer service. I hope that you always treat him right. Also I learned other things about Ken Garff and the owner of the business that really impressed me. If you are contemplating doing any kind of business with Ken Garff, I highly recommend it. Sincerely, Customer Greg More
I BOUGHT MY BRAND NEW HONDA ODYSSEY FROM LARRY H MILLER HONDA IN MURRAY SEVERAL YEARS AGO AND ALL THESE YEARS I'VE BEEN SERVICING THE CAR THERE. A SERVICE ADVISOR ( JOEL ANDERSEN ) USED TO WORK THERE. AN HONDA IN MURRAY SEVERAL YEARS AGO AND ALL THESE YEARS I'VE BEEN SERVICING THE CAR THERE. A SERVICE ADVISOR ( JOEL ANDERSEN ) USED TO WORK THERE. AND HE WAS THE REASON I CONSIDERED IT WAS WORTH GOING THERE ALTHOUGH I LIVE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF UTAH COUNTY. UNFORTUNATELY HE NO LONGER WORKS THERE SO LAST YEAR I STOPPED BY HONDA OF OREM TO GET AN INSPECTION DONE. I SAW BEN HOWES AND I KNOW HIM FROM BRENT BROWN TOYOTA SINCE MY OTHER CAR IS TOYOTA. SINCE THEN EACH TIME I'VE COME TO HONDA OF OREM FOR A SERVICE BEN HAS BEEN ALWAYS CHEERFUL, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. AND THAT IS WHAT I VALUE IN HIM - HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEBLE AND HE COMMUNICATES THIS KNOWLEDGE WITH CUSTOMERS EXTREMELY WELL. HE ALWAYS ANSWERS ALL MY QUESTIONS IN DETAILS, SO I FEEL VERY SATISFIED WORKING WITH HIM. I HOPE HE STICKS WITH HONDA OF OREM,SO THAT I WILL TOO. More

I bought a Honda Accord. I was afraid to negotiate. I gave in and bought this car at suggested retail Which was high blue book. It had scratches and paint faded. I was dumb and didn't get carfax. I just gave in and bought this car at suggested retail Which was high blue book. It had scratches and paint faded. I was dumb and didn't get carfax. I just found out it had been in two prevous accidents, and it was still priced at high to higer than blue book. Salesman didn't care when I talked to him about returning it or exhchange. I know they are in a business but I was taken. I am a female and a grandma makes me a perfect recipe for a easy victim. DON'T BUY FROM HERE! TOO PRICEY! More
Ben is always so cheerful and helpful. We have two Hondas and have worked with Ben several times on service calls. It's just what you'd expect when you own a Honda and take it in for service. Brandon was awesome! We were looking at Odyseeys and we worked things out last night, but we wanted to sleep on it. He let us think about it and come back in the morning after sleeping on it. There was n worked things out last night, but we wanted to sleep on it. He let us think about it and come back in the morning after sleeping on it. There was no haggling or bartering, he showed us the sheet of how much it cost to provide the car and how much he would sell it for. Very upfront and no pressure. We would go bay any time and recommend anyone to go to Brandon Marshall. More
This dealership was so great to work with! I had no problems with them and they had the best atmosphere at there. Everyone I talked to was willing to answer any question I had to the best of their abil problems with them and they had the best atmosphere at there. Everyone I talked to was willing to answer any question I had to the best of their ability. John is such a great salesman. I don't even see him as a salesperson anymore. I truly see him as a friend. I saw the car I was interested in online and I had called the dealership and I got directed to John. I didn't have a way down to see the car, John was willing to bring the car over to me so I could have a look at it and drive it around. Due to my work schedule and his meetings, it didn't work out. I called him a couple of days later to tell him that I was going to the dealership to see the car. I got there and we instantly hit off as we were long lost friends. He showed me the car and we took it for a spin. Drive wasn't awkward or anything, we had interesting conversations. All was well when we got back and I was sold. He talked me through the process and the next day I had the keys. Easy as that! Great dealership, great people to work with. More
My Honda CRV's transmission needed to be replaced after 176,000 miles. I felt it wouldn't be cost effective to pay $3,600 to fix it. Mike discussed the possibility of trading in my broke vehicle and expl 176,000 miles. I felt it wouldn't be cost effective to pay $3,600 to fix it. Mike discussed the possibility of trading in my broke vehicle and explained what I could get out of it. After some thought and discussion with him I was sold. However, my wife wasn't and he went through the same process with her. Mike knew what he was talking about and was very upbeat about the dealership and what they could do for us. After we decided to go for it, he introduced us to Brandon who was also very sharp and helped to explain every little detail of the payment process. Overall and Excellent experience for my wife and I. I would certainly recommend my friends. I really like that both Mike and Brandon discussed all the options, but wasn't pushy! Thanks! More
