Great experience. Josh in the service department was my guy. He kept me informed of what was going with my car. Which is really important. So I text Josh and he found out the answer for me. Come to find out it was his day off and he still called the dealer and found out the answer to my question. Thanks Josh . I also liked the shuttle service. It's nice not to have to find a ride home after you drop off your car. And 2 days later when my car was repaired I called the shuttle driver they came to my house and drove me back to the dealership. Shuttle drivers name was Steve very nice guy. Thanks to everyone the cars been great. More

Jesse greeted me at the appointed time and got my car into the Service area quickly. The expected wait time was considerably less than initially anticipated. Jesse took the time to answer my questions into the Service area quickly. The expected wait time was considerably less than initially anticipated. Jesse took the time to answer my questions of what service I should be looking at given the lower mileage on my car. I appreciated Jesse's recommendations, his helpfulness, and his courtesy. I told Jesse the next time I bring my Honda in, I hope I am able to work with him again. To me he is the type of Service Advisor a company wants to represent them. When I take my car in for service, I always wonder if more will be suggested than actually necessary, but I was very comfortable dealing with Jesse. More
