My 93 year old mother just had her car detailed at Ken Garff and when she picked up the car, she just cried happy tears,! Rick is always there to answer her questions even if it’s how do I adjust my seat or turn on my inside lights. Rick runs a tight ship . Check him out. Customer Comes First My son left his iPod that he uses as a medical device on the seat of our Odyssey when we brought it in for a tire rotation, oil change, and recall rep My son left his iPod that he uses as a medical device on the seat of our Odyssey when we brought it in for a tire rotation, oil change, and recall repairs. The iPod wasn’t spotted and it slipped down into the seat and got destroyed while they were working on it. Ken Garff Honda has been so wonderful to work with. They were very apologetic and have offered to replace the iPod. They said that they like to take care of their customers. We will continue to bring our Odyssey here because of the wonderful staff. My kids love the kid zone and the free drinks and popcorn. More
