Ken Garff redeemed themselves A few months ago we had a bad experience with Ken Garff service center when they did not warranty brand new tires that we purchased from them. It was A few months ago we had a bad experience with Ken Garff service center when they did not warranty brand new tires that we purchased from them. It was explained to us that we had purchased a type of tire from them that did not have a warranty. Something that was not made known to us initially. However, because they new I was not satisfied and very frustrated they made a note that they would take care of me better in the future. Well they did. We went in last week for other issues are Honda Pilot was having. They took care of the problem and gave us a 15% discount. They completed the job on time and were thorough. Thanks Ken Garff. More

The rep took my vehicle information (I have a truck) and booked the appointment with ken garff Honda. When I got to the dealer the first thing I was told is they can’t do trucks there. Luckily the rep at the dealer was nice and said he would figure it out and make it work, but the person I called and booked the appointment with should have known they don’t do trucks. More
