Not the greatest experience Guy wasn’t pleasant to work with. Also, my appointment was for an oil change and air filter replacement, and they did not change the filter. Oil change and above I Scheduled an 8am oil change. ( showed up late- alarm didn’t go off:( ) But they had no problem getting me in. Service guy even joked I was suppose I Scheduled an 8am oil change. ( showed up late- alarm didn’t go off:( ) But they had no problem getting me in. Service guy even joked I was suppose to be there at 7:00:)) He estimated an hour but it was prob less then 45 min along w a car wash which it needed bad and a hot coffee. Id recommend them and always go back. Don’t change KGH. More
