Bad Battery My car wouldn’t start due to a bad battery. I called Ken Garff Honda and they were quick to look up my information to dertermine my car was still unde My car wouldn’t start due to a bad battery. I called Ken Garff Honda and they were quick to look up my information to dertermine my car was still under warranty. I dropped off my car and the battery was scheduled to be replaced the next day. They were able to get it done earlier the next morning and let me know it was ready ahead of schedule. Great service!! Thank you! More

In the body fix area one of staff came out and gave me a verbal idea of ding I was concerned about. Others helped with fixing KEY w change of battery. Another issue I had w my phone coming thru my car so I could talk while driving. Another was to reset stuff so I would know miles on car! Thanks guys! More

Good not great Josh sent me a text telling me the work that would be done. He said they would be done around four on Saturday afternoon so I was home waiting for th Josh sent me a text telling me the work that would be done. He said they would be done around four on Saturday afternoon so I was home waiting for the confirmation that the work was done so i could pick it up but it never came then just before five he was texting my wife’s phone but she wasn’t with me so I didn’t know this when I showed up unannounced at 5:30 Josh and the whole service department had gone home and I was nearly left for the weekend without a car . Thankfully someone from sales was able to find the paperwork and allow me to pay for the work done great service on the car I just don’t understand why he opened one line of communication and then didn’t follow through by same means. Frustrating and time wasted More
