Icome from Arizona for Honda service. I keep going back for service, even though I have to drive 800 miles. I like the friendly service. I also like the free soda and popcorn. Not the best I buy Honda's for there reliability, I just wish the service department was as reliable. Everybody is nice but, incompetent at their job. It took me I buy Honda's for there reliability, I just wish the service department was as reliable. Everybody is nice but, incompetent at their job. It took me 7 time bringing in my Pilot before they figured out how to fix it. The suspension would make a noise over big bumps, and we'd go for a ride and these guys could not hear it. It was several times I was told they could not reproduce the problem (get these guys some hearing aids). They finally said well... It could be this so will try it (still under warranty). After replacing the bushings, the noise stopped (I'll be damned). Of course it returned several months later, but I'll just deal with it because the thought of having to explain this again to these tone deaf people is enough to make me never want buy a Honda again. More
