Not good! I specifically told them not to take the door panel apart and not to touch the door. Then they called me back later and said he took the door apart a I specifically told them not to take the door panel apart and not to touch the door. Then they called me back later and said he took the door apart and were charging me for this. It needed a newbattery. This is the place they should’ve began. You do not go against the car owners owners wishes, In removing car parts to service them when I specifically told them not to.. The battery was the problem. So Basically a replaced battery cost me $280! More

So I’m confused on how my pads grew after 10 months of using them. It makes me questions the other inspections they said they have done. More
Honda recall Well this is truly an honest answer. I made an appointment to fix my honda recall service for 7:15 in the morning the first week of the month. So I we Well this is truly an honest answer. I made an appointment to fix my honda recall service for 7:15 in the morning the first week of the month. So I went and was on time walk in waited and then was told that they ran out of the part to fix my vehicle the day before. (So my question is why didn't they call me and reschedule the service to be done at a later date) I got up early drove in to have them tell me the part was not there and they had to reschedule. So I reschedule the following week. This service was to take about half a day. So they scheduled me an UBER home (that was fine). My concern was the pickup time . I was called and told my vehicle was ready for pickup and to wait outside for UBER to transport me. After 45 minutes I called in and found out that there was not an UBER scheduled to pick me up and they then made the order to have UBER pick me up 15 minutes later. The service was done. More
The service is great but the facility is terrible Entering the service center is difficult and the area leading up to the center is like playing tetris with other cars. At peak hours, cars line up at Entering the service center is difficult and the area leading up to the center is like playing tetris with other cars. At peak hours, cars line up at the only entrance to the center and folks have to walk up to the service counter door regardless of weather. Once inside, the counter area and waiting area are also very cramped. I love my Honda and the services provided and staff are great. Give them a better area to work in! More
New Belt We will never use our neighborhood mechanic again. These guys used premium parts, did premium work, but charged a reasonable price. We know we won’t have to come back for a long time as opposed to our neighborhood mechanic who had us coming in 2-3 times a year to “fix” our car. Good riddance! More
