I took my car in to the service center for an airbag I took my car in to the service center for an airbag recall. Service was quick and service department employees were all helpful. Of course they did an inspection of my entire vehicle and pointed out some things that need to be repaired. Even though I opted not to do those repairs I will have to say everything they pointed out was legitimate. More

Overall just a wonderful experience , I believe a lot of times people don’t change their oil on time because they hate going in to dealerships or fast lube sort of places because it’s ju , I believe a lot of times people don’t change their oil on time because they hate going in to dealerships or fast lube sort of places because it’s just a hassle. The location of this Ken Garff is ideal for many reasons, there’s food and shopping close by and you can get errands done while service is Being performed on your vehicle and to top it off somebody drop you off and pick you back up. In my case I went out with my girlfriend and grabbed a bite to eat and then went to target I got a call from them about an hour later saying my car was finished and I can pick it up at my convenience. When I got back to the shop it was so nice to be able to have an espresso and a Coke for the road. Everyone was very professional friendly and quick and when I picked up my truck it was cleaner than it had been in a couple of weeks. Thank you guys for doing such a good job and making me happy. During the last two years, we've had one vehicle We have had Ken Garff Honda perform multiple services on our vehicles over the past couple of years. During the last two years, we've had one vehicle in particular that has had a series of complicated issues. The service department has worked hard to address the problems and work with us to keep the cost as low as possible. The most recent issue was very complicated, expensive, and likely related to past issues. The service advisor, mechanic, and service supervisor handled the situation in a way that exemplifies good customer services. Thank you for "doing the right thing" in a way that you didn't have to, but was much appreciated. More

Craig was up front, thorough, and professional. The waiting room was comfortable, great drink machine, and quick service. WiFi was easy to connect to so I worked while my car was serviced.
