Dino was great in getting the truck checked in and the work started. He communicated throughout the process and we had a back and forth texting over the work recommended before deciding what was best for work started. Used the online tool to schedule our appointment for a headlight problem that hadn't been fixed with a new bulb. Our appointment was in the AM. We contacted them several times during the day and they kept saying that it would be checked soon or needed to be taken to a different facility. Finally, they told us they would have to keep it overnight. There was never any offer of a loaner vehicle or an explanation as to why it was taking so long. In fact, we should have been offered the opportunity to bring our car back the next day when they had time for it. So, the next day, they contacted us letting us know that it was a bad fuse, literally a five minute fix. Very frustrated that we were scheduled for a time when obviously there wasn't time to work on our car. We would have been better served by going to AutoZone. More
