Good front desk service but sloppy and negligent shop work - I don't know who did it. The techs forgot to reset the tire pressure monitor system to get rid of the warning light after rotating the tires work - I don't know who did it. The techs forgot to reset the tire pressure monitor system to get rid of the warning light after rotating the tires with the oil change; not a big deal because I would have checked the tire pressure anyway. They also did a transmission service a few days later and apparently dragged a greasy mat or hose over the trunk of the car, leaving some grease smears on the back window and on the trunk. On the trunk, the smears on the edge of the trunk came off but did leave some small scratches in the white paint. I will definitely shop around for the next service in Ogden. More

Jacob was awesome at getting us checked in and making recommendations for service. The work was performed on time. The problem was that the recommended door and window lubricant applied was over sprayed recommendations for service. The work was performed on time. I tried numerous times and with different cleaners to remove the stains only to be able to lighten them and not completely remove them. Jacob offered to let the dealership look at them, but it was impossible to bring the vehicle back, plus I feel the staining is permanent. Maybe the sunshine will reduce the spotted appearance over time. More
