Well during my service my airpods were stolen from my cupholder. Maybe employees should be more honest. I do have a serial number we could match. Josh Caldwell was excellent to work with. I brought a used 2006 Honda Civic over the weekend from a small used car dealership. I wanted a complete look at the vehicle. Josh and the mechanic went above a used 2006 Honda Civic over the weekend from a small used car dealership. I wanted a complete look at the vehicle. Josh and the mechanic went above and beyond to show me every little detail as well as explain and point out unsafe conditions with the frame and structural support of the car. The final conclusion was the car was not suitable to be on the road and they recommended that I try to return the car and obtain a full refund. I purchased this car for my 16 year old son. There was no way I was going to risk the safety of my son in a car that was unsafe to be on the road. Thanks to the hard work of Josh and the mechanic, I was able to take the information to the dealership I purchased the car from and I was able to obtain a full refund. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name of the mechanic, but thank you to the two of you for caring about the safety of my family. More
