The people are great to work with, but I don't much understand the purpose of making a service appointment with them. I made an appointment to come in for a simple oil change and ended up having to wai understand the purpose of making a service appointment with them. I signed up for their three oil change special thinking (wrongly) that it included my emissions inspection. It's just not good enough of a deal to have to spend that much time waiting. More
