Was a great experience. Staff were helpful and communicated well thru the entire process. Pilot ran like a champ pulling our Rpod to Georgia, even got better gas mileage than previous trips. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, made an appointment, was told 30-45 minutes. I let the tech advisor know I had an appointment in 2 hours. After an 1 1/2 I asked where we were. Told that the appointment, was told 30-45 minutes. I let the tech advisor know I had an appointment in 2 hours. After an 1 1/2 I asked where we were. Told that the car was just getting in. Hmmm. I need to get going, well we just won’t wash the car, great! Still took another 45 minutes. Then was told because they didn’t have the filter. What about making an appointment? Wouldn’t you verify you had what you needed? More
