Your autobody shop gave us an estimate of one week to complete the bumper work. It took over a week and a half and we had to call to get updates. One call was never returned even though the woman said sh complete the bumper work. It took over a week and a half and we had to call to get updates. One call was never returned even though the woman said she would. Another call said she would check on it and she gave me some info leading me to believe she would call back with a date and time. I had to call back later that day to find out that it was done. The service on the vehicle was fine, the communication was not fine. More
