Even with Covid-19 prevention protocol, It shouldn't take 2 hours for a scheduled oil change regardless of the vehicle make or model. I was extremely frustrated after a previous appointment to this one where I explained to the service department that I only wanted my oil changed and not a tire rotation or a wash because of my limited time. After one hour and fifteen minutes, my truck hadn't been worked on and I had to leave. I left without my oil being changed that day. More
It was easy to make an appointment. I dropped my car off with ease. They did an inspection and sent me a video of it. My oil was changed, tires rotated and car washed all in a timely manner. one of two things was taken care of and that was the oil change. I paid to have the driver-side "yellow" light replaced that turns on with the headlights; however, that light is still out. My schedule doe change. I paid to have the driver-side "yellow" light replaced that turns on with the headlights; however, that light is still out. My schedule doesn't provide much time to keep going back to get things fixed so I haven't had a chance to set up an appointment to get this corrected. Also, the driverside headlight was out and turned on about 20 minutes after I left the service center with my vehicle. I didn't notice at the time Ieft since it wasn't dark enough. Not sure if the vehicle takes a little while to recognize any changes but the headlight just turned on after some time. I'm not sure how the technician could have verified their work with this issue.
