This has only been the second time I was at this location, and the check in and out, is Good service. But the waiting about 1 1/2 hours after appointment time, and arriving 15 minutes early for my location, and the check in and out, is Good service. But the waiting about 1 1/2 hours after appointment time, and arriving 15 minutes early for my car to finish getting oil change service, was not pleasing at all. The service was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that the appointment ran twice as long as they estimated, which was inconvenient.
