I took my 2007 Honda Pilot to the Ken Garff service department because the "malfunction" indicator light was intermittently coming on. Per the Law of Vehicle Repairs the light never came on for the ser department because the "malfunction" indicator light was intermittently coming on. Per the Law of Vehicle Repairs the light never came on for the service team even though the shop kept my vehicle for a few days to see if it would. It's always unnerving to take one's vehicle to a repair shop when there's not an obvious problem and repair. One worries it's an open invitation for the service team to tell you the issue requires an expensive repair. I very much appreciated this team's honesty -- my vehicle was fine. Because they didn't diagnose an issue, I wasn't charged a diagnostic fee. Since getting the vehicle back, the malfunction light hasn't come back on. The vehicle is fine. I always appreciate integrity, professional customer service, upfront pricing and receiving timely updates about what the shop is doing with my vehicle. That's what I received at Ken Garff Honda. I had two Toyota's before I bought my Honda Ridgeline. In comparison, Ken Garff has far better customer service. More friendly.
