Within the last two weeks I have had my Ridgeline into Ken Garff for repairs. Both time I have been amazed at just how fast my car has been returned. The first time I just knew that they would have to hav Ken Garff for repairs. Both time I have been amazed at just how fast my car has been returned. The first time I just knew that they would have to have it overnight. I had concerns with the cooling system; a hood latch problem; concerns with the front brakes with shimmying. I dropped the truck off around 1:00 p.m. and received word that everything had been completed and I could pick it up now, which was around 4:00 p.m. So, they had pressure checked out the cooling system; checked the brakes and put new pads on the front, plus turned the rotors; and put a new clip on the hood to make it secure. I was very please! Then about two weeks later I took the Ridgeline in to have the AWD checked out. It was not connecting in the snow, nor was my 4-wheel drive locking in when I would push the button. I talked with Josh Caldwell and explained the problem. He excused himself to go talk to a mechanic about the problem. He returned and he invited me to go out to the truck and discuss it. Much to my embarrassment, I learned that the truck needed to be in 1 or 2 in order to have the 4-wheel drive lock in, and one other button needed to be pushed. That was it! I thought how easy it would have been to take the truck and call a day later and say that it had all been fixed, and hand be a bill. But no! He explained things to me, and I commented, "Well, I've learned something new!" And Josh said, "So have I!" I have rightly earned trust and respect for those who work at Ken Garff Honda Riverdale. It's so nice to have trust in a company now days! Thank you, Josh, and Ken Garff! More
