I brought my car in Saturday morning hoping that it would be enough time to get it fixed by the end of the day. It was a mistake! I did not hear from the dealership at all the entire day. I called to get an be enough time to get it fixed by the end of the day. It was a mistake! I did not hear from the dealership at all the entire day. I called to get an update at 5:00, but they were not able to help. They left a message to the person helping me. One hour later, I received a text asking if I could leave the car until Monday. It was not convenient but I said yes. On Monday, same story, texted and called but no responses back. Finally got a text at the end of the day telling me that I needed a new transmission.. it was not the case! A day later, they texted after I called again and they said that the sensor was bad and that they would need to order the part, but it would not come until Thursday morning. I was told that it would be done by mid day. No answer again on Thursday. I called again and voiced my frustration but nothing could be done. The main lady left a message for me. Finally on Friday, I received a text to tell me that the car was waiting for me. $700 plus to change a sensor. It took 3 hours. Not sure why I had to wait for so long! Lack of communication and not very professional! This was my first and only bad experience at the dealership. They were always on top before but this time, it was very poor and unprofessional. More

I brought my car in for a routine oil change, but the service advisor insisted on recommending several unnecessary repairs, including a costly transmission flush and brake replacement, despite my car showing no signs of issues in those areas. When I questioned the necessity, they provided vague explanations and pressured me to proceed, which felt like an upsell tactic rather than genuine care for my vehicle. After seeking a second opinion from another mechanic, I confirmed that none of the additional services were needed, leaving me distrustful of their integrity. The lack of transparency and pushy approach made this a frustrating and untrustworthy experience, and I won’t be returning to Ken Garff Honda Riverdale for future service. More

While I believe they offer good service, my last experience with them left me a bit disappointed. Jesse was very professional, however; I left the dealership without my issue being resolved the firs experience with them left me a bit disappointed. Jesse was very professional, however; I left the dealership without my issue being resolved the first time around and I feel that was due to the service team not taking the time to appropriately diagnose my Pilot. If I hadn’t already had a follow up the next week, I might’ve had bigger issues with my vehicle due to their lack of thoroughness. It also cost me more than it should’ve cost had they taken the time to try and identify the issues. It took me coming back and sitting with another service team member and personally showing them the issue was easily replicated and the team had cut corners. More
