Our visit to Ken Garff in Riverdale was primarily to drive a new Honda Pilot. It was literally the first day of our search for a new vehicle and we had no intention to buy right away. We had just come from a credit union parking lot car sale where we had looked at several vehicles, but they did not have any Honda Pilots which we were most interested in. We felt like we had to drive a Pilot before making a decision on anything else. We arrived at the Ken Garff dealership and were introduced to Richard Wilson who showed as a new Pilot and answered all our questions. We were quite impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle. He accompanied us on our test drive and pointed out many of the great features of the Pilot. We returned to the dealership and Richard introduced us to Jason Williams who answered some additional questions regarding the special Honda financing terms. It was Jason who had us take a look at a 2010 Pilot that was available for sale. We were on a limited time schedule that day so did not have time to drive the 2010 Pilot, but it looked very clean. Neither Richard or Jason pressured us at all to make a sale, but were pleasantly friendly and considerate. We left the business and at home did some on-line research relative to the 2010 Pilot we were shown. Based on our research we concluded that the Pilot was a very good value and we requested a formal quote via the internet. We promptly received a reply quotation. An evening commitment prevented us from returning to the dealership right away, but in checking with Jason he indicated that they were usually still there until 7:30PM. We agreed to return to the dealership later that night and Jason said he would wait for us. We returned at approximately 7:45 and found Jason and Richard waiting for us. Richard attended to all our needs and we closed the deal on the 2010 Pilot. Richard stayed with us the whole time and Isaac Maw stayed late as well to draw up all the paperwork. My wife got to drive the Pilot home and Richard took the time to make sure she was comfortable with all the controls particularly the lights since it was well after dark when we left. Customer service after the sale has been great as well. We noticed a small interior trim piece was missing the next day and it was gladly ordered with no complaint and easily installed. We were also provided with a CarFax report on the vehicle which helped assure us that the Pilot did not have any mechanical issues and had been well maintained by the previous owner. We found the whole experience at Ken Garff, Riverdale to be very pleasant, very different from what we had anticipated We would definitely recommend a Ken Garff dealership to our friends and acquaintances. We were very surprised at the amazing customer service and the over all experience we had at the Ken Garff Honda of Riverdale. Everyone from the 2 salesman Jason and Spencer as well as the manager Dave th and the over all experience we had at the Ken Garff Honda of Riverdale. Everyone from the 2 salesman Jason and Spencer as well as the manager Dave that helped us were extremely friendly and respectful. They were very willing to sit down and listen to what we wanted and then worked to get us it. It was the by far the best experience I have had at a car dealership. I will definitely purchase my next car from then and tell everyone I know about my great experience and refer anyone to them that is looking for a new car or Honda. More
My wife and I recently traded in our vehicle and purchased a new civic with this Dealership. We both thought Mr. Williams specifically took the time (& time is $$ in this business) with us explaining our options, testing driving the vehicle, outlining the pros, cons etc. etc. We spent hours at the dealership and were provided with the necessary data we needed to make our final decision. In fact, all the Riverdale Honda staff we had corresponded with were great. Mr. Williams lead the charge and knows the business. The only downfall (if any) was that we felt we were somewhat short-changed on the value of our trade-in. All in all the experience was one in which you did not feel pressured or uncomfortable and we felt Mr. Williams was very professional and commanded what needed to be accomplished. I had been looking for a car for several months and was particularly picky in what I wanted. Color, features, price, etc. led me to a car on their lot. I did my due diligence and began emailing and calling the dealership and after several emails and phone calls w/Jason, I decided to take a closer look. During the correspondence it was Jason's patience, knowledge and friendliness that even got me to come in the door in the first place. Upon a closer look the vehicle wasn't what I wanted, but from there they took their time to make sure I found something that fit what I wanted. In fact, they coordinated a dealer trade (w/ Orem Honda) to bring in the exact color and features I wanted. Ogden to Orem would have been a hassle but they saved me the time (and gas) but more importantly got me exactly what I wanted. They even gave it an additional detailing, even though it was brand-new. Not once did I ever doubt the process and was very happy at how I was treated. From the receptionist to the finance manager, and everything in between, I was treated excellent and ever detail was properly explained to me. Spencer and Jason took such great care of me. I would happily buy another vehicle from them along with sending referrals their way. Jason was the initial reason I looked at this dealership, but after working with several people, its clear that they all have the same characteristics. I am very happy with the experience. More

My wife and I saw a car online that we thought would be a good fit for our family. We test drove it after we met Jason Williams, but it turned out to not be exactly what we wanted. Over the weekend, we saw another car that we really liked, but it was at another Ken Garff dealership in Orem. I planned on taking the day off of work on Monday so I could go down and see it to see if we liked it. When I spoke to Jason Monday morning, he offered to drive all the way from Ogden to Orem, pick up the car and bring it along with the paperwork right to my home. Absolutely amazing customer service! Needless to say, the car was everything we thought it would be and Jason has become a trusted salesperson. I will definitely refer people his way. More

We were very impressed with Ken Garff Honda and Jason Williams. Craig and I have driven Fords are whole life so this was a big step for us to purchase a car! In November my husband and I bought a used Honda Accord from Mike Mittendorf. Even though it was a "used car" he treated us like gold. Very interested in our needs and very honest with our questions. Recently my car was vandalized and when I decided to trade it in for a new car Mike and Ken Garff Honda was the first place of thought of. I actually went without my husband because I knew Mike would take great care of me. He is very honest, not pushy, actually cares about the customer and he spent a lot of time with me finding the perfect car. As I was going through the process of negotiation I was feeling a little stressed and another salesman, Jason Williams, joked with me and actually bought me a drink. I wasent even his customer!! I love my new Honda Accord and I would recommend Ken Garff Honda to Anyone. We have bought two cars from their dealership in less than six months!! Excellent customer service by their whole staff!!
