Pricing too high I bought a certified used Honda Accord three months ago. They sold me the car for higher than the blue book price. Steve had basically told me that I bought a certified used Honda Accord three months ago. They sold me the car for higher than the blue book price. Steve had basically told me that was the pricing and there was really nothing they could do to change it; although he did end up comping me the $99 service package. I was unhappy with the car. First of all the seats were very uncomfortable and suspension was so rigid. It was not practical for long trips. I expressed my concern with the salesperson three months into ownership of the 2014 Honda Accord Sport. I had told him my intention was to buy a new car from them (without Sport suspension) and was hoping he could help me out so that I didn't lose so much on the first car that was sold to me. My husband and I were in there talking with Steve about the new car I was considering purchasing from Ken Garff Riverdale and he kept talking over me and just acted like I didn't say anything (so I had to repeat myself). I understand my husband was asking questions, but I was the customer (he knew I was the customer) and that is really unacceptable. Honda did have some incentives and he gave me a decent price for the new car, but was offering $4800 less than I paid for the certified used car I just barely bought from them. Their prices were not competitive. I was able to get a new car for considerably less somewhere else and a better offer on my trade. I have used Ken Garff Riverdale service and have never had an issue there. This review is only about the sales portion of my experience. I would go to Ken Garff Riverdale for service, but not to purchase a vehicle. More

He obviously has taken the time to learn about the cars he is selling. The price was more than I wanted to pay but I don't feel like I was given an unfair deal. There was no pressure to buy. I will consider buying here again even though it is a few hours drive from where I live. More
