Better than expected car buying and experience David Jacoby our sales person was excellent. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He explained differences between the various models and we did not feel pressured. He was good to go thru the vehicle and get all of our personalized options set up. Since the vehicle had nearly 3700 miles on it he arranged to get the oil changed before we started heading across country. He also got the wheels fixed up and tires rotated. More
Suda Deserves A Raise! We brought our Pilot in for mileage maintenance. Suda was more than helpful. He hooked me up with the Kids Zone Amazon Prime account so I could turn o We brought our Pilot in for mileage maintenance. Suda was more than helpful. He hooked me up with the Kids Zone Amazon Prime account so I could turn on a show for my kids. Instead of asking me to come back to the service desk to review the list of maintenance updates we needed, he texted me the list along with a video of what was needed. Then, when my wife (not present at the time) kept asking me to ask him questions and I got sick of being stuck in the middle, Suda called her directly to answe her questions. Eventually my wife made it over to the service center in our other car and we left together to run a few errands. Suda texted me with updates the whole time we were gone. After we got our Pilot back we went to dinner as a family. The tech who worked on our car (I don’t remember his name but he deserves a raise too!) told Suda he couldn’t remember if he tightened a bolt completely on our car and asked Suda to call and ask if he could meet us wherever we were so he could tighten it up. It turned out that he met up with us just as we walked out of the restaurant at the end of our meal. The peace of mind I felt from that experience is unparalleled with any other visit to any of the repair shops, service centers, or dealerships I’ve been to in my life. Both Suda and our Technician have my best interests, comfort, and convenience in mind. Please pay them more money! They certainly deserve it. At the very least, they deserve employee of the month awards or whatever other accolades KenGarff can give them. For realsies. More
Long wait for simple repair I received a minor recall notice and made an appt for 8:30. I was told it was a 45 min job, but allow 4 hours. Needing my car by 1:30 are the latest, I received a minor recall notice and made an appt for 8:30. I was told it was a 45 min job, but allow 4 hours. Needing my car by 1:30 are the latest, I checked in afternot hearing back after the 4 hour estimate. I was told it would be done at 3:00. I said I needed to cancel it and come get my car. Frank said he would move me up on the list and have it ready at 1:30. I got dropped off at 12:30 and thanked Frank for expediting it. I sat in the waiting room for an hour waiting for 1:30 to come or to get called up. At about 1:35 I went to inquire. The guy went and found Frank. He told me it was ready and proceeded to check me out. He grabbed the keys from the key saver box. Why if the keys were there was I not called up before? Also when I went to the car, it had clearly been sitting there for quite a while. I had paid for the oil change and car wash. The wash was ok is all, and the car was already dry. Again, why wa so not called up earlier. I was late for my meeting and spent way too much time there. Frank was very kind and tried, but the process of getting people in and out could be greatly enhanced in my eyes. More

I had a battery draining rapidly and had taken it to 2 of my regular mechanics and while I trust them and obviously chose to go to them first but neither could identify the problem and my one mechanic was open enough to suggest taking it to a Honda dealer. I have brought my vehicles here in the past knowing I would pay more. I certainly had hoped to pay less but was satisfied that they identified the problem, got the parts and quickly serviced my vehicle. They were open in their communication and detailed about the service they provided and they cleaned our car which is always a bonus. Overall I was satisfied. More
