He told us it would lower our payment $10 but didn’t tell us that it would lengthen the time 6 months longer than our selected option. Other than that we enjoy our experience at Ken Garff. More

One good - one bad. The first time I went for an oil service, I was satisfied with their work. The car was clean, and things went well. The only down side was they rotate The first time I went for an oil service, I was satisfied with their work. The car was clean, and things went well. The only down side was they rotated the tires but failed to re-teach the air pressure sensors, so their location was not correct. I went yesterday for the 2nd of three oil changes that I purchased. When I went out to get in my car, I opened the car to find the door panel covered with oily hand prints all over, and oily footprints on the carpet and floor mat. Also, the car was supposed to be washed, but the bottom of the door panels still had road grime all over them. So I was less than impressed. On the upside, they did have good Coke in the drink dispenser! More
