Still in need of repair Paid ~$270, for diag fee and part, to diagnose and fix a problem which took a week and did not get fixed. I feel the information I gave the technician should have been enough to find the problem. In the end it was the timing, which, among other things,I had asked them to check. We replaced the fuel relay at a cost of $140, but that wasn’t the problem. Admittedly, it was a difficult diagnostic, but I had specifically mentioned the timing could be a problem. Got the vehicle back, checked timing. Timing was off. Set timing correctly and it solved all my problems. More

First visit This was my first visit at this location. Other experiences I have had with Honda I am greeted as I pull into garage but not here. Josh was the only staff person I had any interaction with. He provided good customer service. Waiting room was mostly clean. Overall experience was good. Great service to me would include being greeted upon arrival, other staff members being friendly and cleaner waiting room. I will be back. More
