I have bought 2 cars at this dealership. I've always liked it. My battery died after only 3 months. They came and charged it, I let it run for 50 minutes but the next day it was dead a I've always liked it. My battery died after only 3 months. They came and towed it, but while trying to get it on the truck it was not going in a straight line so the driver got out and adjusted the line and my steering wheel. I didn't think to much about that until Frank Perez called to tell me and told me they couldn't get the battery and 4 other people were waiting. He then asked me if I hit anything like about 4 times. I told him I would know if l had, he then said he that the underlying protection was ripped off. He acted like he didn't believe me when I told him it has to be done when they towed it He said ( I wouldn't know because I wasn't there )!! In a sarcastic way and said there are two screws that were ripped all the way off. He said they fixed it but I'm worried about it not staying in place. Also for 11 day's I didn't have a car and he said they didn't have loaner cars. I that was very disappointing. I had a friend looking for a car but when I told her how much trouble I had she went somewhere else. More
