Dave, Valerie and Kevin (tech) were very friendly, nice and easy to work with. They treated me very professionally. It's very stressful when someone else damages your vehicle but they made everything flow and easy to work with. They treated me very professionally. It's very stressful when someone else damages your vehicle but they made everything flow pretty smooth. Valerie was awesome at keeping me informed on the status of my Avalanche. She also took care of getting me a rental car and working with the other person's insurance; making sure all was covered. They did a great job at putting my Avalanche back together.
