Went to Ken Garff Honda and it was super busy. Tyler was able to accommodate me greatly. I had tons of questions about the truck I had my eye on and many about the buying process. I had a very great experience working with these guys. Jakobie had seen us initially to show us cars and let us test drive. He was very quick and kind. He didn't pressure us at all when I told him that I was looking at other options before I wanted to talk numbers on the cars we had driven. when I came back to purchase a car, Jakobie wasn't available as he was working at an event, but Chad helped us out and made the purchasing experience just as smooth.
