They truly have the most amazing and reliable employees. We've done business with them for years and stay with them because they treat you like family. David and Carlos were very communicative and kept us informed every step of the way on the process and paid attention to detail. Garret was wonderful and we were so overwhelmed with gratitude that he spent his day off traveling hours to deliver our car to make sure we had it that day. I mean these employees are outstanding! Buyer beware! Went to look at an Accord. When we started talking about the deal they said “oh also there is a $2,995 markup on the vehicle plus paint protection and a security system you have to pay for.” I talking about the deal they said “oh also there is a $2,995 markup on the vehicle plus paint protection and a security system you have to pay for.” I took them to the car and showed them there was NO addendum on the car saying as such. I also used the Kelly Blue Book Instant Cash Offer from their dealer website. It gave me a number and I brought it with me for them to see. They tried to tell me my vehicle was worth $6k less. My car is a 3 yr old MBZ with only 23k miles in immaculate condition with brand new tires and all service records, not a scratch or ding and goes to the car wash every week! They refused to honor their own cash offer. Stay away! They are crooks! More
