At first I was in contact with a sales consultant online Abdul Azad and talked to him about everything before I made the trip down there. I live in Riverside so it was about an hour. Once I got there I had asked for him, unfortunately he was with another customer so Carlos took care of us and everything was perfect. They knew exactly which car I was there for, they didn’t try to persuade me into getting a brand new car or to finance through them considering my credit union had a pretty competitive deal to beat. Was able to pick and choose whatever options I wanted or didn’t want without feeling pressured! Super helpful with any questions and concerns. Drove off with my new car in about two hours or so including the test drive and considering it was a Sunday and was busier!! I’ve been to two other dealerships prior and couldn’t believe how much hogwash they fed us. Very personable dealership, glad I did buisness with them! More

The prior Ho I had a great experience here at Honda of the desert, my situation wasn't the best because I was in negative equity with my current car. The prior Honda dealership made me feel embarrassed and as if I was asking too much of them to work on the pricing. NOT here!!! Nathan and James were able to get top dollar for my trade in and get me into a Honda that I didn’t think I could afford. My payments are lower than expected and my new Honda is awesome.
